CNC machining centers 5X up to 1800 mm (X axis) with 12,000 RPM spindle. We use the most innovative technologies related to the removal of chip even of the most demanding materials such as eg. the modern superalloys or the stainless duplex, the hardened steels over 60 HRc through the knowledge of the most modern and effective working strategies. We are also able to perform three-dimensional machining and we have the 4th axis continuously controlled for surfaces developed on cylinders. Turning up to diam. 1800 and CNC lathes with motorized and Y axis CTRL.
WATER JET CUTTING TECHNOLOGY
This technology (called WaterJet) is able to cut all materials with thickness up to 500 mm, specific for the mechanics, with cutting precision comparable to the machining centers because of the 3-axis head with compensation of the taper of the jet of water. Worktop 4000 x 2000 mm.
ELECTROEROSION AND PIECE RECTIFICATIONS
We can perform mechanical assembly in general and the complete overhaul of industrial machinery. We often send qualified personnel to perform assembly directly at the customer. We can make prototypes and / or special machines according to your specific requests.
